Laurie-Anne~ 

Laurie-Anne had the honour of allowing the divine to unfold many ago when yoga found her.  The healing properties of the practice both on and off the mat, are powerful.  Laurie-Anne provides a safe space to deepen into the journey of the self.  To be deeply connected to conscious breath.  She offers you an opportunity to go deeper into your practice, expanding the intimate inner knowledge of body and heart., and to connect with breath.

Raeanne~

Inspired by creative movement during her dance years, Raeanne continued on a journey of education and self growth as she travelled throughout North America and Europe over a period of 12 years.  As a wife and mother to 3, she quickly realized the importance of self-care to feel truly fulfilled able to look after those around her.  Combining these experiences along with her knowledge as a Pilates, barre, spin, circuit, and holistic nutrition coach allowed her to dream up what is now The Sweat Lab/Rae Health and Fitness.  Raeanne works to leave her clients feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally empowered through the use of mind, body, and breathwork in every class that she teaches.
