About Kalam Balam Yoga

Created in Tulum, México by Victor Varana, Kalam Balam is a collection of masterfully blended trainings that integrate a diversity of body and mind disciplines, like yoga, martial arts, fitness, meditation, massage, shamanism, fine arts & sound healing.

Kalam Balam formulas go in hand with ancient and modern sciences and look for a diversity of balancing effects, that range from relaxing and restoring the lines where there is stress, and to work out and stimulate, the lines of the body where there is weakness, directing the physical and physiological structure to balance, the mind to center and retuning the vital energy.

In Kalam Balam, the focus is the balance of the vital energy by aligning the body to open the gates and stretch the channels, kriya for energy stimulation, vinyasa for movement, spiced with a blend of taoist martial arts, mayan cosmovision and sound healing techniques.
